About the internship
This in-office internship is focused on client servicing, audience development, and outreach-driven campaign support for a Gurgaon-based agency. The role involves building and managing audience lists, supporting delegate registration efforts, and coordinating communication across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Support audience acquisition efforts through campaign execution, database upkeep, and outreach to relevant stakeholders.
- Research, create, and regularly update audience databases across different industries and market groups.
- Increase delegate registrations using outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp messaging, referrals, and partner networks.
- Assist with audience generation activities that connect event or campaign requirements with suitable contacts.
Skills and competencies
- Prior exposure to audience acquisition, delegate sales, or event registration work is preferred.
- Strong relationship-building ability and comfort in handling stakeholder interactions.
- Confidence in outbound calling, email-based outreach, and professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and audience database management is desirable.
