About the role

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is hiring a Cleaner for a permanent part-time position based in Glasgow. The role focuses on maintaining high cleaning standards, following agreed service levels, and working to set cleaning timetables.

You will be supporting a site at Co Op, 63 Cumbernauld Road, Stepps, Glasgow, Scotland, G33 6HZ. The position is for 18 hours per week and pays £12.71 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Keep cleaning equipment clean, properly maintained, and safe to use.
• Work to agreed service standards and complete tasks according to the cleaning plan.
• Develop a good understanding of the assigned cleaning area, including the tools and chemicals used there.
• Follow health and safety rules and complete all required training.
• Work well both on your own and as part of a team while providing strong customer service.
