• You need prior exposure as a Senior Leadership Team member in an MNC, institution, NGO, or startup.
• A strong history of delivering results, working hard, and operating effectively in a startup-style environment is expected.
• The organization is specifically looking for someone collaborative, humble, and vision-driven, with a focus on productivity and a positive workplace rather than politics.
• Sales ownership sits with the CMO, while the CEO is expected to lead execution, product launch strategy, and fundraising.
