Role Overview

This is a fully remote position based in Canada, listed on behalf of a partner employer that oversees the application process and all subsequent hiring steps. The role is focused on digital conversation monitoring and AI-assisted interaction quality across large-scale online platforms. It suits someone who can work in a highly structured setting, maintain concentration for long shifts, and contribute to improving the quality of automated and human-supported chat experiences.

You will be responsible for observing live chat activity, stepping in where needed to improve clarity or tone, and helping assess how well AI-generated responses are performing. The position also involves spotting mismatches, reporting issues, and supporting ongoing improvements to automated communication systems. In addition to hands-on interaction monitoring, the role offers exposure to AI tools and behavior-focused analysis in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Accountabilities

Keep a close watch on chat threads throughout extended daily shifts of 8+ hours so conversations stay smooth and appropriate.
Intervene from time to time to improve the clarity, tone, or overall quality of responses on behalf of companions.
Observe, review, and interpret communication patterns between users and conversational agents or companions.
Evaluate the quality and reliability of AI-assisted replies, noting where they perform well and where they fall short.
Flag technical glitches or content problems in automated messages so the system can be improved over time.
Arrange supporting content requests, such as images or videos, when they align with user interaction needs.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant is detail-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable with repetitive work that requires sustained attention. A methodical working style is important, along with the ability to stay focused during long shifts.

You should have a solid sense of user behavior, basic customer psychology, and empathy when navigating conversations. Curiosity about AI tools, along with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly, is also important. Strong written Russian skills and a good command of English are required.
