Role Overview
This Munich-based B2B SaaS company is reshaping after-sales and spare parts planning for machinery manufacturers. Its platform brings OEMs, dealers, and end customers together in one data-driven system to reduce downtime and lower inventory capital. Following a freshly closed Series A round of €8.6 million, the company is expanding its go-to-market team significantly and is hiring its first business development representatives.

Team Setup
- One of the first two dedicated professional BDRs in the company, with real opportunity to shape the function
- Outbound-heavy role with around 90% of activity across calling, LinkedIn, and email; the LinkedIn and email channels have barely been used so far, offering significant upside
- Focus on named accounts with a clearly defined ideal customer profile rather than broad, unfocused outreach
- Close collaboration with the AE, marketing, and founding teams
Your Mission
You will be responsible for building enterprise pipeline through first outreach, lead qualification, and handoff to the account executive. The target audience includes manufacturers of agricultural machinery, commercial vehicles, construction equipment, and recreational vehicles with roughly €1 billion or more in revenue. These are decision-makers responsible for keeping machines running and ensuring parts availability. Because the setup is still evolving, this role is best suited to someone who sees structure-building as an opportunity rather than a drawback.
What We’re Looking For
- Initial experience in customer-facing work, whether in SDR/BDR roles, hospitality, retail, food service, or similar environments
- Strong resilience and the ability to handle rejection while staying consistent
- Fluent German at C2 level and very good English for conversations with international prospects
- Interest in technology and curiosity about industrial businesses
- Motivation to help build processes instead of relying on an existing playbook
- Personality, energy, presence, and teamwork are valued more highly than a long list of past positions
What You Can Expect
- On-target earnings of up to €80,000
- Uncapped variable compensation
