Position Overview
The Vedh Media is hiring a Business Development Executive to help expand client acquisition efforts and support company growth in Pune, Maharashtra. The role is centered on generating leads, nurturing prospects, and turning opportunities into long-term business relationships for a fast-moving marketing agency.

Compensation
- Monthly pay is in the range of ₹15,000 to ₹25,000, depending on experience and performance.
- In addition to the fixed salary, the role includes performance-based incentives and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify fresh business opportunities through calls, networking, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email outreach, and field visits.
- Reach out to prospective clients and establish initial contact.
- Arrange meetings and present the company’s services effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Assess client needs and suggest appropriate marketing solutions.
- Draft quotations and prepare proposals for potential customers.
- Consistently follow up with leads and work toward closing deals.
- Meet monthly sales goals and contribute to revenue growth.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Keep daily sales updates and CRM records accurate and current.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to negotiate confidently and persuade effectively.
- Self-driven mindset with focus on achieving targets.
- Basic familiarity with digital marketing concepts is preferred.
- Comfortable delivering presentations to clients.
- Working knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
Eligibility
