Role overview
This position focuses on driving new business, managing the full sales journey, and building strong relationships with potential and existing partners in the Lisbon market.
What you will do
- Work toward and consistently meet sales performance goals.
- Reach out to key decision-makers through phone, email, and social channels, with occasional face-to-face meetings where needed.
- Showcase products and services through demos to both prospective and current partners.
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to final close.
- Assess partner needs and business value to ensure the solution fits their objectives.
- Collaborate with other teams to deliver a smooth partner journey.
- Share observations and feedback on market and industry trends.
- Contact every qualified inbound lead promptly and record all call results in the CRM.
- Act as a primary commercial contact for partners.
- Handle additional responsibilities as needed beyond the list above.
What we are looking for
- At least 1 year of proven B2B sales experience with a strong record of achievement.
- Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is strongly preferred.
- A proactive approach to prospecting and relationship building.
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks, set priorities, and manage time well.
- Natural curiosity and a willingness to keep learning and developing.
Added advantages
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is a plus.
- Any additional language will be considered an advantage.
- Previous exposure to the beauty and wellness industry is beneficial.
Interview process
- Initial screening call by video with a member of the Talent Team, lasting 30 minutes.
- Skills and experience discussion by video or in person with the Head of Sales (Europe), lasting 45 minutes.
- An online case study presentation for 60 minutes with the Team Lead of Business Development and the General Manager of Spain.
The company expects to complete the hiring process and share feedback within 2 weeks. Applications are reviewed manually by the talent team, and while most are assessed within 7 days, higher application volumes may extend that timeline.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is €26,000 to €32,000 per year, with a 70:30 base-to-OTE split.
