Role Summary
This is a full-time remote position for a Business Development Executive. The role focuses on identifying and evaluating new business prospects, nurturing relationships with employer clients, and presenting CitySite’s hiring solutions to support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and reach out to potential business clients.
- Lead virtual discussions and product demonstrations with employers.
- Create proposals and support commercial negotiations within company policy.
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with employer accounts.
- Work with marketing and product teams to improve offerings using client feedback and market insights.
- Record sales progress in CRM systems and maintain accurate pipeline data.
- Prepare regular performance updates and work toward sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Background in business development, sales, account management, or another client-facing function, ideally in recruitment, HR technology, or SaaS.
- Strong ability to generate leads, prospect effectively, and grow B2B relationships.
- Clear communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including confidence in running online meetings and demos.
- Ability to study market movement, identify client needs, and turn them into business opportunities.
- Comfort using CRM platforms, online collaboration tools, and standard productivity applications for tracking and reporting.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Prior exposure to the online job portal or recruitment industry in India will be considered an advantage.
