About the role

LakhTech Solutions is looking for a driven Business Development Executive who has a solid track record in acquiring clients, driving sales, and supporting business expansion in the digital marketing space. The role calls for strong communication, relationship-building, and a strategic mindset for creating new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Spot fresh business opportunities through multiple outreach and lead-generation channels.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing sales enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with both current and potential clients.
  • Assess client needs and suggest appropriate digital marketing solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to keep projects on track and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Draft and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Carry out market research to track trends, customer expectations, and competitor activity.
  • Follow up on prospects and convert leads into enduring business relationships.
  • Consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date with client conversations and sales activity.
  • Participate in client visits, networking events, and other business development activities as needed.
