Role Overview
The Business Development Associate will work with incoming leads, understand learner goals, explain course options clearly, and support conversions through a consultative counselling and follow-up process. The role focuses on driving enrolments, maintaining CRM accuracy, and helping ensure a smooth admission journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective learners through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM-based communication.
- Assess learner requirements and suggest the most relevant programs.
- Present course details in a clear, convincing, and student-friendly manner.
- Address questions and handle objections with a practical, solution-focused approach.
- Follow up systematically to improve enrolment conversion.
- Keep CRM records up to date and accurate.
- Track the admissions funnel and work toward timely closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support a smooth onboarding experience.
- Meet monthly targets for revenue and student enrolments.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant should have 1 to 4 years of experience in EdTech, education sales, or academic counselling, with B2C exposure preferred. The role suits someone who can confidently explain spiritual or complex topics in simple language and is comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
