Key accountabilities

• Create, enhance, and support dashboards, KPI trackers, and reporting structures used to monitor performance and initiatives.
• Set up consistent reporting schedules and prepare presentation-ready updates for senior executives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements and make sure reporting outputs match business needs.
• Protect data accuracy and consistency by applying validation checks and coordinating with data owners.
• Deliver on-demand analysis to support strategic initiatives, process improvements, and decision-making.

Requirements

• Between 5 and 7 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or a similar position focused on analysis and business support.
• A solid educational background in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Project Management, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, including the skill to interpret complex data and draw useful conclusions.
• Hands-on experience with BI and reporting tools such as Tableau, Cognos, or comparable platforms.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present analytical insights in business-friendly language.
• Demonstrated comfort working with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong business judgement and the ability to link data findings to operational and strategic results.
• Experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, or construction would be considered an advantage.
• Well-organized, detail-focused, and able to handle several priorities in a demanding environment.
