Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous Business Analyst who can assess existing business workflows, uncover opportunities to improve them, and help teams make better decisions based on data. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and turn those needs into practical, well-defined requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review business challenges and convert them into precise, usable requirements.
• Carry out research, map processes, and document workflows clearly.
• Spot gaps in systems or operations and recommend ways to improve them.
• Work with different teams across the organization to help deliver projects successfully.
• Create reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Measure project results and verify that they support business objectives.
• Use data analysis tools to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst position or a comparable role.
• Well-developed analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on experience with gathering requirements and preparing documentation.
• Working familiarity with analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving setting while balancing several priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Agile or Scrum ways of working.
• Background in process improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong capability in presentations and reporting.
