Role Overview

This position is for a Junior Manager - IA (S1 grade), based in Pune. The role is primarily RO-based, but it requires continuous travel across Pune and ROM locations according to the audit schedule. The selected candidate will report to RAH - Pune.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves conducting store business audits as per the approved plan and submitting the findings in report form. The person will also handle asset verification, accounts review, compliance review, HR function review, and other assigned audit tasks, ensuring that reports are completed and submitted on time.

The position includes performing stock audits with the team and delivering reports within the required timeline. It also requires night shifts and early morning work starting at 6:00 AM for 10 to 15 days each month. In addition, the person will be responsible for supervising a team of 6 to 7 members.

Candidate Profile

The preferred candidate is male, with 4 to 5 years of experience, ideally from an Internal Audit or Finance background. The role calls for someone who is honest, hardworking, open to travel, and eager to learn.

Education and Technical Requirements

Academic preference is for a postgraduate in Commerce or an MBA in Finance. The candidate should have very good computer skills, especially in Excel and Word.

Soft Skills

Strong coordination and follow-up abilities, the capacity to work with minimal supervision, confidentiality, professionalism, and good interpersonal as well as communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders are important for this role.
