Assistant Manager

About the Role

CVUK Group is partnering with a well-established premium retail label to hire an Assistant Manager for its store in Kildare Village, Kildare, County Kildare, Ireland. This position offers the chance to be part of a business with a long-standing reputation for quality, style, and craftsmanship.

In this role, you will work closely with the Store Manager, help guide the shop floor team, and contribute to delivering an excellent customer journey every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with the everyday operation of the store
• Encourage, guide, and energize the team to provide outstanding customer service
• Help achieve store targets and key performance indicators
• Ensure the store consistently delivers a premium and inviting shopping experience
• Support staff growth through coaching and training
• Keep visual merchandising and store appearance standards high
• Improve store procedures and operational workflows where possible

Requirements

• Prior experience in a retail leadership position, such as Assistant Manager or Supervisor
• Demonstrated ability to manage, support, and motivate a team
• Good commercial judgement with a focus on KPI delivery
• Strong interest in customer experience and developing people
• Well-organized with a sharp eye for detail
• Positive, energetic, and practical hands-on working style
