Architectural Draughtsman

Role Overview

City Makers, a real estate construction company based in Patna, is looking for an experienced Architectural Draughtsman to support drawing preparation, approval coordination, and site-linked documentation work.

Key Requirements

• You should bring at least 35 years of experience in architectural drafting.
• Strong command of Bihar Building Bye-Laws is essential and non-negotiable.
• Hands-on experience in creating sanction drawings and handling building approval processes is required.
• The role involves regular coordination with municipal bodies and other government authorities responsible for sanctions.
• You must be comfortable working with apartment plans, working drawings, and construction drawings.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Working familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is also expected.
• You should be able to collaborate effectively with architects, consultants, and on-site teams.
• Clear communication and organized documentation skills are important for this position.

Compensation

The offered pay range is INR 3,00,000 to INR 7,00,000 per year.
