Role Summary
Woolpert is hiring an Architect/Designer for the Sydney team. In this role, you will report to an Associate and contribute to the delivery of complex, large-scale, mission-critical architectural work, including data centres and specialised infrastructure. The portfolio includes projects valued from $400k to more than $3 billion.
What You Will Do
- Contribute to demanding multi-phase projects while maintaining quality, regulatory compliance, and strong design outcomes.
- Support project delivery across detailed design, documentation, coordination, and construction-phase assistance to preserve design intent.
- Work closely with internal colleagues and external consultants to keep all stages aligned.
- Produce and check detailed drawings and models that support accurate project records.
- Help manage schedules, deliverables, and quality standards across multiple project stages.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Strong knowledge of Australian building codes.
- Well-developed technical and construction understanding is preferred.
- Good grasp of design and construction documentation.
- Advanced Revit ability is essential.
- Experience with rendering tools such as Enscape or Lumion, plus Photoshop, will be an advantage.
- Background in complex commercial projects or large-scale multi-residential work is preferred.
Eligibility
