Role Overview

Indiabulls Group is hiring an experienced Architect for its Real Estate division in Gurugram. The position focuses on leading architectural work across projects, maintaining design quality, meeting statutory requirements, and ensuring that the output stays aligned with company standards. The role calls for strong coordination skills, hands-on design management, and an interest in sustainable, forward-looking building solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of architectural assignments from the initial idea stage through to final delivery, while keeping timelines and quality targets on track.
• Work closely with internal departments such as engineering, project management, and construction, along with external parties including clients, contractors, and consultants, to keep execution smooth.
• Stay updated on applicable building codes, regulations, and professional standards to ensure all work remains compliant.
• Manage design-related processes, including documentation, approval workflows, and quality review checks.
• Guide and support architectural team members through technical input and mentorship, helping build a cooperative and efficient team culture.
• Coordinate with site teams so that approved designs are executed accurately and site-level architectural issues are resolved effectively.
• Encourage environmentally responsible design approaches and adopt green building certification practices wherever relevant.
• Contribute innovative architectural ideas while staying focused on quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture is required.
• Relevant experience in architectural design and project management is expected; experience in real estate or construction is preferred, though the exact number of years is not specified.
• Working knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software is needed.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and green building certifications is an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong leadership and people-management abilities, are essential.
