About the Role
The Sales team drives customer growth globally by handling everything from prospecting through to acquisition and activation. They own their market segments, solve challenging problems, and help customers understand the value of Revolut through a practical, solution-focused approach.
This position is for a Growth Account Executive who can use strong industry understanding to align customers with Revolut’s API capabilities.
Revolut is seeking someone who is highly driven, comfortable with challenge, and consistently guided by integrity.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a set portfolio of customer accounts across the UK and Europe, with coverage ranging from SMBs to large enterprise clients.
- Using analysis and structured discovery conversations to identify growth opportunities and deepen adoption of existing offerings.
- Explaining where Revolut Business capabilities sit within the competitive market so the value proposition is communicated clearly.
- Developing and maintaining relationships to support retention and account growth.
- Delivering results that meet and surpass sales goals and team KPI expectations.
What You'll Need
- Strong fluency in English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, especially over phone and email.
- At least 4 years of experience in sales or commercial roles, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-moving, changing environment.
- A solid history of account management success and consistently meeting sales targets.
- Strong project coordination and problem-solving ability.
- A sharp analytical approach to identifying opportunities others may overlook.
- Capability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Deep familiarity with Revolut Business products to become a dependable internal expert.
- Experience with pricing, negotiation, and stakeholder influence beyond standard sales methods.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of another language in addition to English.
- Experience with APIs, embedded finance, or card issuing.
