About the role

The Hoxton, Holborn is housed in a Grade II-listed former factory and telephone exchange in central London, with 220 bedrooms, the Apartment space, and the Rondo restaurant. The site sits close to some of the city’s best-known shopping and entertainment areas.

This opening is for an energetic Apartment Host who enjoys making guests feel genuinely welcomed and ensuring every visit feels smooth, warm, and memorable. The Apartment forms part of the hotel’s group, meetings, and events offering and works closely with the Sales and Food & Beverage teams.

What you will do

Create a friendly first impression and provide attentive support throughout the guest experience, including answering questions and responding to requests.
Act as the main point of contact for meeting room coordination and day-to-day logistics.
Keep the meeting room area presentable, well arranged, and consistently tidy.
Oversee maintenance follow-up, correct room setup, and smooth event check-in, check-out, and billing processes.
Ensure food and beverage service within the space remains high quality and fully stocked for guest needs.
Work in close partnership with colleagues across the hotel to deliver a seamless experience from arrival through departure and beyond.
Handle routine administrative tasks such as expenses, lists, and stationery ordering.
Confidently work with basic technology and audio-visual equipment, including HDMI, USB, Mac, and PC systems, or be willing to learn quickly if needed.
