Role overview

The company is hiring an Activity Manager for its Multisales team in Auckland, New Zealand. This position reports to the Market Strategy and Deployment Lead and serves as a single coordination point for the snacking portfolio. The role centers on organizing product launches, handling product changes, and ensuring projects are delivered smoothly from planning through execution.

This opportunity may suit either a marketing professional looking to broaden their cross-functional exposure or a project manager ready to take ownership of an important business process. The role involves close coordination with stakeholders across Australia, including the snacking team, brand managers, demand planners, and global suppliers.

What you will do

• Oversee projects end to end for innovation and renovation work, including new product introductions, packaging updates, sourcing changes, and product removals.
• Work in partnership with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales to roll out the brand-led innovation agenda.
• Create and maintain detailed schedules, monitor deliverables, and make sure key milestones stay on track.
• Provide timely, clear updates to stakeholders, set expectations, and prepare regular progress reports.
• Spot project risks early and raise them to management along with practical recommendations.
• Develop strong working relationships with internal teams and supply locations to support collaboration and shared outcomes.

What the role requires

• Solid background in project management, ideally gained in FMCG, supply chain, or marketing environments.
• A proactive, self-directed approach with the confidence to work independently and deliver outcomes.
• Strong capability in planning, coordination, organization, and handling ambiguity.
• Excellent stakeholder management and networking skills, including the ability to influence peers and escalate appropriately when needed.
• Good commercial awareness, plus strong facilitation and coordination abilities.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a similar area is preferred.
