About the internship

Hindustani AI Logics OPC Private Limited is offering a remote internship for someone interested in sales operations, client management, and business process automation. The role is designed for a candidate who can work with modern AI-enabled tools and practical sales systems to support growth initiatives and improve operational efficiency.

During the internship, you will work with CRM platforms, lead-generation workflows, Excel-based reporting, and automation tools while also using conversational AI tools to support customer and internal communication. Key responsibilities

Use CRM software to maintain client records and monitor the progress of sales opportunities.
Research and outreach to identify and qualify potential leads.
Study sales data in MS Excel to spot trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
Support the development and implementation of automation methods that simplify business workflows.
Coordinate clearly with clients and internal teams to help sales efforts move forward.
Apply tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve customer engagement and sales support processes.
Perform business analysis to find improvement areas and opportunities for expansion.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open only to applicants who are available for a work-from-home internship, can begin between 25 June 2026 and 30 July 2026, and can commit to a 3-month duration. Other requirements

Applicants should be pursuing or have completed a BBA, MBA, B.Com, or another relevant degree in business, sales, or management.
Exposure to CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, or automation platforms like Zapier and Make is preferred.

The candidate should be able to work independently, handle tasks efficiently, and stay productive in a remote setting.
Good organization, time management, and problem-solving skills are expected.
