About the internship
This work-from-home internship is for someone interested in business development and sales within a Financial Artificial Intelligence environment. The role focuses on outreach, lead follow-up, product demo coordination, and supporting digital communication efforts across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective customers by phone and arrange product demonstration meetings.
- Use the TeleCRM platform to track and follow up with leads.
- Assist with digital outreach through email, Instagram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Keep customer interaction records accurate and ensure the CRM is updated regularly.
- Meet daily goals for outreach and demo bookings while communicating professionally.
- Work closely with the sales team to strengthen lead conversion and customer engagement.
- Join product and sales training sessions to improve selling effectiveness.
Eligibility
Applications are open only to candidates who can work remotely, are able to begin between 23 June 2026 and 28 July 2026, and can commit to a 3-month internship. - Need strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Interest in sales, business development, and digital marketing is important.
- Comfort with sales calls, lead generation, and digital outreach is required.
- Basic familiarity with digital channels such as email, Instagram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn is expected.
- Working days are Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- The role is target-driven and includes performance-based incentives.
Compensation and perks
The internship offers a stipend of INR 10,000 to 30,000 per month. The pay structure includes fixed pay of INR 5,000 to 15,000 per month and incentive pay of INR 5,000 to 15,000 per month. Strong performers may earn up to INR 60,000 to 80,000 per month through incentives, including up to INR 25,000 per month in individual incentives and up to INR 15,000 per month in team incentives. There is also an evaluation after the first month, along with a chance for a pre-placement offer and a pathway to a full-time role with structured CTC growth based on performance.
