About the internship
This is a full-time, in-office business development internship based in Bangalore with Flexiple, an IIM Ahmedabad-backed startup that operates an online freelancing marketplace connecting independent professionals with companies.
What you will do
- Follow a structured outreach plan across phone calls, email, and LinkedIn according to a set cadence.
- Conduct strong first-round conversations and support early-stage lead qualification.
- Handle a portfolio of assigned companies by researching each account’s industry, scale, stage, and suitability.
- Keep contact information fully accurate and maintain complete call records, email history, and outreach notes with no missing data.
- Consistently meet daily and weekly outreach goals with accuracy and discipline.
- Work with prepared templates, scripts, and outreach assets so that communication stays aligned with the brand.
- Ensure every interaction reflects the company’s preferred tone and communication standards.
Who can apply

Additional requirements

Compensation
