Fairmont The Red Sea, in collaboration with Raffles and Red Sea Global, is launching a new luxury hospitality destination in Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea region. The project brings together Fairmont’s globally recognized service culture and Raffles’ heritage-led approach to create a destination that blends high-end guest experiences with sustainability and respect for the natural environment.

Set within a remarkable coastal landscape featuring 200 kilometers of shoreline and more than 90 pristine islands, this development is designed to become a benchmark for regenerative tourism and world-class resort hospitality.

Role Summary

The Wellness Curator, also referred to as Wellness Concierge, is part of the Spa and Wellness team and reports to the Wellness Supervisor. The role focuses on creating tailored wellness experiences for guests, combining premium service delivery, wellness knowledge, and thoughtful guest engagement. It also supports smooth daily operations and contributes to retail and revenue growth.

What You Will Do

• Lead one-on-one wellness consultations and suggest suitable treatments, activities, or wellness programs based on guest needs.
• Deliver polished, luxury-level service that aligns with the standards expected in high-end hospitality and Forbes-style service culture.
• Develop strong guest connections that encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
• Offer informed guidance across spa, fitness, and broader wellness offerings.
• Assist with the delivery of wellness workshops, activities, and guest experiences.
• Support wellness initiatives developed by the Senior Wellness Manager.
• Recommend retail products that match guest preferences and wellness objectives.
• Help drive sales of spa treatments, wellness packages, and memberships through effective upselling.
• Contribute to day-to-day spa and wellness operations to ensure guests move through the experience smoothly.
• Keep treatment rooms and wellness spaces presented to brand standards.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and operational procedures at all times.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, warmth, elegance, and authenticity.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should hold a diploma or certification in Spa Therapy, Wellness, Fitness, or Holistic Health. Prior experience of 1 to 2 years in a luxury spa, wellness, or hospitality setting is preferred. Applicants should have knowledge of holistic wellness principles and consultation methods, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. English fluency is required, and additional languages are an advantage.
