Role overview
Join a busy warehouse team in Hamilton supporting the smooth movement of goods from receipt through to storage and dispatch. This hands-on position also involves order packing, basic customer support, and helping with wider shop floor activities in a fast-moving, collaborative setting.
Key duties
- Accept incoming stock, verify it carefully, and place it into storage correctly.
- Prepare customer orders by picking, packing, and arranging freight and delivery coordination.
- Use forklifts and other warehouse tools in a safe manner while keeping the work area tidy and well organised.
- Work in line with all health and safety rules and help maintain a strong safety culture.
- Carry out stock, order, and other administrative records accurately.
- Assist with customer service, sales-related tasks, and broader team support whenever required.
