Warehouse Operations Executive

Role overview

This position supports warehouse and factory office operations by keeping stock records accurate, tracking incoming and outgoing materials, and helping coordinate deliveries and manpower. The role also involves routine administrative support to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key duties

• Track current stock levels and keep inventory records up to date.
• Carry out essential inventory checks to confirm the right quantities are available.
• Maintain accurate logs for inventory movements, transfers, and cycle counts.
• Record purchases, update the database, complete physical stock checks, and compare actual counts with system reports.
• Inspect documents and product codes to identify mismatches, then investigate differences between stock on hand and recorded figures.
• Make sure all inbound and outbound delivery records, along with production documents, are properly logged in the internal inventory system.
• Plan deliveries for materials and manpower.
• Handle additional administrative tasks as needed to support the factory office.

Requirements

• Minimum education of GCE N level or O level.
• Prior experience in an administrative position.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools.
• Able to work on your own with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and careful monitoring of stock quality.
