What the role involves

• Support shipping and logistics staff with order picking and fulfillment tasks.
• Pick electronic components correctly based on customer orders and work instructions.
• Separate items by batch code and date code to maintain traceability.
• Inspect components visually for defects, damage, or inconsistencies.
• Apply labels accurately so products and packages are clearly identified.
• Pack items according to company packing rules and customer specifications.
• Handle ESD-sensitive parts carefully wherever required.
• Keep packing stations and warehouse areas tidy and organized.
• Work in line with company safety rules, quality standards, and warehouse procedures.
• Escalate inventory differences, damaged stock, or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Help with stock transfers, inventory counts, and other assigned warehouse work.

What we’re looking for

• A minimum of secondary school education or an equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or packing role is preferred, and experience with electronic components is a plus.
• Ability to understand picking lists, labels, and written work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Physical ability to handle repetitive packing tasks and lifting.
• Basic familiarity with computers or barcode scanners is helpful.
• Comfortable working alone as well as in a team.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
