Warehouse / Customer Service Associate

Overview

This role combines warehouse support with front-line customer service. You will help manage gas cylinders and related equipment while also assisting internal and external customers.

The role

The position calls for a dependable person to support day-to-day warehouse activity, including the manual movement of gas cylinders and associated items.

What you’ll do

• Handle, move, dispatch, and receive gas cylinders and related equipment safely.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or customer collection.
• Keep stock records accurate and maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace.
• Support customers with questions, phone-based orders, and counter sales.

Working hours

This is a part-time position from Monday to Friday, 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, with occasional extra hours available.

Skills and experience

• Good customer service ability with a positive and professional approach.
• Comfort with physical work, including regular lifting and manual handling.
• An OSH forklift licence is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Comfort using basic to intermediate computer systems for orders and stock control.
• Strong awareness of safety procedures and correct manual handling techniques.
