About Us

Allevia Sterile Processing is a dedicated, modern Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) in Parnell, Auckland. The team supports Allevia Hospital in Epsom, Allevia Hospital Ascot, and additional sites by cleaning, decontaminating, sterilising, and packaging surgical instruments. By managing sterile processing centrally, the department helps more than 10 surgical specialties, such as orthopaedics, neurosurgery, and cardiovascular surgery, maintain fast turnaround times and strong infection-control standards.

About the Role

This position focuses on the introduction and ongoing administration of the T-DOC system, an advanced instrument-tracking platform used to manage instruments, consumables, and implants. The system is designed to strengthen traceability, support regulatory compliance, and help ensure timely delivery to operating theatres. The role is based in the CSSD in Parnell and is a full-time position with flexible 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 18:00, plus occasional Saturday work.

About You

• You hold a Level 4 qualification as a Sterilising Unit Technician.
• Your Level 5 qualification is either already completed or is in progress.
• You have worked with the T-DOC system in a CSSD setting.
• Experience in system rollout or implementation is preferred.

Sign-On Bonus Terms

The sign-on bonus is available only if you start on a permanent contract at 0.6 FTE or higher. The bonus is paid after 6 months of employment.
