Supply Chain Analyst

About the Role

This opportunity is for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join a fast-paced IT and operations setting. The position is based around Alpharetta, Georgia, but it is offered entirely as a remote role. It is a strong fit for recent graduates and early-career professionals who want to apply analytical thinking in a modern supply chain environment.

The selected candidate will help strengthen supply chain performance by working with data, reporting, and process improvements. The focus will be on making operations more efficient, reliable, and cost-effective.

Responsibilities

• Gather, prepare, and study supply chain data covering procurement, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment.
• Create reports and dashboard views to monitor key metrics such as lead time, stock availability, service levels, and supplier results.
• Work with teams across procurement, logistics, IT, and finance to support daily operations and strategic projects.
• Spot process gaps and recommend practical, data-based improvements.
• Assist with demand planning, forecasting, and capacity evaluation using both historical and live data.
• Help with system integrations, automation efforts, and validation of ERP data.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a similar discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or data analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and SQL, along with familiarity with BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Well-developed analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Fundamental understanding of supply chain practices, logistics, and procurement flows.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is an added advantage.
• Exposure to Python, R, or VBA for automation or data handling is preferred.
• Understanding of inventory control, demand forecasting, or S&OP processes is beneficial.
• Internship or co-op experience in supply chain or operations can strengthen the profile.

Additional Information

This is a full-time remote role associated with the Alpharetta, GA location. The opening is suited to candidates at entry to mid-level experience, specifically within the 1–3 year range.
