Studio Pro Network
Studio Pros are selected professionals from the bench and alumni network of industry experts. Work is compensated on a fixed-fee, per-project basis, with the fee agreed before the project begins.
The Studios
The Brand Studio defines how organizations present themselves in the market. The Content Studio develops strategic content systems across video, podcast, social, and written formats. The Experience Studio handles live and virtual events as well as brand activations. The Digital Studio creates websites, funnels, paid media, and analytics solutions that support conversions. TreyTech.ai, the AI Transformation Studio, helps organizations apply artificial intelligence across marketing, operations, and growth, with select projects and per-studio engagements being introduced during the soft-launch phase.
Role Overview
The Studio Pro for the Content Studio is a remote contract role centered on planning, producing, and improving content across TreyTech’s content channels. The position involves supporting content calendars, briefs, and asset plans for video, podcast, social, and written media. You will work alongside strategy, brand, and digital teammates to turn campaign goals into practical content plans and keep messaging aligned across channels.
Work Style and Engagement Model
This is client-activated work that comes in as projects are received. You should be open to work assigned by a project manager or engagement manager who interfaces directly with clients, though you may decline assignments as needed. Availability is flexible and can be set around your own schedule. TreyTech also describes an alumni network that allows creators to build safely and continue developing their portfolio even after leaving the company.
Open Studio and Community Participation
Open Studio sessions are free, live sessions available to anyone, where clients can connect with TreyTech Studio Pros and learn from them. Community participation is a core part of the experience, and involvement in these sessions is required. These sessions help support customer experience and quality standards.
Project Engagement Structure
For individuals and simple builds, the process is consult, quote approval, and build, with no NDA or long contract needed for straightforward work. For business and enterprise work, the process is consult, discovery, agreement, and build. These engagements are more complex, involve longer timelines, and may use the most appropriate agreement based on scope. Not every project requires an MSA or SOW.

Requirements
- Ability to create strong content across web, writing, and editorial formats, with the flexibility to adjust tone and structure for different audiences and channels.
- Hands-on experience with content strategy and content operations, including calendars, asset organization, and work in CMS or project management systems.
- Clear communication skills for collaborating with teammates and clients in a remote setting.
- Background in digital marketing or content production for agencies, studios, or brands, especially in video, social, or podcast work.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work to deadlines, and operate independently as a contract professional.
- Comfort using analytics tools and interpreting basic performance measures such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for ideation, drafting, or asset refinement is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or comparable professional experience preferred.
