Role overview

Deutsche Börse Group’s Clearstream Fund Services Strategy team, part of the Post Trading division, works with senior leadership to define and execute major strategic priorities. The team turns strategy into practical roadmaps and drives transformation programs from start to finish. Its remit covers strategic planning, operating model design, management and competitive reporting, and the inclusion of key technologies such as artificial intelligence in the broader strategy.

In this position, you will help drive Clearstream’s AI agenda by leading and supporting high-impact initiatives that expand AI adoption across the organization. You will collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders to take AI programs from initial definition through delivery, making sure they stay aligned to strategy, create measurable value, and deliver lasting results.

Responsibilities

• Review business processes in detail to identify where AI can automate or improve work, design future-state AI-enabled process maps, and prepare strong business cases for change.
• Create and maintain a clear AI roadmap, including progress tracking, key milestones, and value realization across active and planned initiatives.
• Support senior decision-makers by preparing high-quality briefing materials, executive presentations, and progress reports for management and governance committees.
• Track developments in AI, market competition, and regulation so the AI strategy can be continuously updated and strengthened.
• Work closely with different business teams to encourage AI-led innovation, uncover new opportunities for AI adoption, and advise on modern methods and expertise.

Profile

The role calls for 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally with a track record in automation and in using generative AI and other advanced AI tools to solve real business challenges and improve efficiency. A consulting background is preferred.

You should have a strong understanding of the enterprise AI solutions landscape, including leading platforms such as Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot, along with how they can be applied in a corporate setting.

You also need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert complex business needs into technical AI requirements and assess impact effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, including the ability to work confidently across all seniority levels in English.

Advanced use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is required. The role also demands flexibility, commitment, and the ability to remain effective under pressure and in stressful situations.
