Role Overview
Join the Mackay warehouse team in Paget and help keep stock flowing smoothly for mining and heavy industrial customers. This role focuses on accurate and timely order handling, safe warehouse practices, and dependable support across store operations.
You will be involved in receiving goods, selecting and packing orders, and preparing dispatches. The position also contributes to keeping the warehouse tidy, organised, and safe for day-to-day operations.
This opportunity is open to people entering the workforce, with structured on-the-job training and continued support provided to help you develop confidence and capability.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the daily running of the store and warehouse so the branch operates efficiently.
Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding products, pricing, orders, stock levels, deliveries, and account-related questions.
Work alongside other teams to deliver a high standard of service.
Support stock control, inventory handling, and general warehouse duties as needed.
Help with local customer deliveries when required.
