Role Overview

This full-time restaurant support role is based at Store 2704892Q, 2593 Morgan Rd SE, Bessemer, Alabama 35022. The schedule requires availability for days and evenings.

What You Will Do

• Deliver quick, friendly, and high-quality guest service.
• Keep the restaurant tidy by handling cleaning and routine housekeeping tasks.
• Prepare and serve food in line with brand standards, company policies, and health department rules.
• Help maintain product quality, food safety, and overall operational standards.
• Track cash, sales, and inventory accurately.
• Comply with all applicable government regulations and safety requirements.
• Document incidents promptly in line with the company’s 5-minute rule.
• Work in a way that reflects the company values: One Team, Do the Right Thing, Takes Ownership, and Play to Win.

Qualifications and Physical Requirements

• Strong communication ability.
• Comfortable working as part of a team or independently when needed.
• Honest, dependable, and committed to following through.
• Positive mindset and ability to stay upbeat.
• Ability to stay focused on results while keeping a fun, energetic attitude.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, standing, and walking.
• Occasional use of ladders for climbing up and down.
• Ability to work in extreme hot and cold conditions and around fryers, ovens, grills, coolers, freezers, sharp equipment, and loud environments.
• Capability to reach, grasp, and handle objects throughout the entire shift, including overhead reaching.
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 50+ lbs occasionally, including lifting from the floor to overhead.
