About the role

SFX E-Commerce (escootervision) is a compact, highly digital team based in Regensburg. The company sells spare parts for e-scooters and bicycles through multiple marketplaces and uses modern tools together with a high degree of automation. The team is looking for support in the back office for recurring administrative tasks. The role is flexible and designed to fit around your schedule.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and properly file receipts and invoices.
• Transfer and reconcile data in internal systems, including mapping tasks.
• Download invoices from various portals, such as Google and cloud services.
• Handle smaller research and sorting assignments.
• Provide general administrative support.

Most tasks follow clear step-by-step instructions. You will be shown everything carefully at the beginning and can then work independently.

Requirements

• Carefulness and reliability are more important than prior experience.
• Confidential handling of financial and access data is expected.
• Basic confidence using a laptop or Mac and common web-based tools.
• Ability to work independently in a structured way.
• Good German language skills.

• Pay of €14.50 per hour for roughly 10 to 20 hours per week.

• Possible as a mini-job up to €603 per month, or as a working student/part-time arrangement depending on what fits best.
