Role Overview
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will support the hiring process end to end by managing interview logistics, keeping candidates informed, and helping the recruiting team stay organized. This role also includes coordinating referrals, maintaining records in the ATS, and assisting with onboarding preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end interview coordination, including scheduling, travel, meals, materials, and onsite candidate support, while acting as the main contact for candidates during the process.
- Help candidates prepare for interviews, share relevant company details, and keep hiring teams updated on progress.
- Coordinate referrals and support internal communication across recruiting workflows.
- Keep candidate information and interview feedback accurate and up to date in the ATS.
- Support onboarding tasks such as paperwork, system access, and first-day logistics.
What They’re Looking For
The ideal candidate brings at least two years of professional experience and is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. A background in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, project management, or calendar management is especially relevant. Strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to adapt quickly are important for success in this role.
Additional Requirements
- Experience in recruiting or HR coordination, project management, or calendar management.
- Working knowledge of ATS tools, scheduling software, and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organization skills with careful attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Clear and concise communication, along with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to take ownership of tasks independently.
- Collaborative attitude with flexibility for shifting priorities and urgent requests.
- Prior experience in a startup or other fast-paced environment is preferred.
- High personal integrity and strong professional judgment.
