About the role

Pearpop is hiring a part-time contract sales recruiter to support the Talent Management team in finding the right talent agents. This role is best suited to someone with solid experience in sales recruiting within media technology, along with a strong command of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring processes. The ideal person is energized by uncovering strong talent, contributing to business growth, and helping candidates build meaningful careers.

Work schedule

This is a part-time contract position requiring 10 to 15 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

The role focuses on managing recruitment activity end to end, partnering with hiring managers, and building strong candidate pipelines.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $40 to $45 per hour.
