Role Overview
A reputable road and infrastructure business in Fujairah is seeking a polished, proactive Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide day-to-day administrative support. The role suits someone who is comfortable interacting with visitors, handling office communication, and keeping the reception space organized and professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and oversee front-desk activities in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general office correspondence.
- Arrange appointments, coordinate meeting schedules, and book meeting rooms.
- Assist with routine administrative and office support duties.

Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front-office position.
