  • Track incident reports, near misses, and adverse events, ensuring follow-up and timely reporting in the OVR system.
  • Support root cause analysis and propose improvements that reduce the chance of repeat issues.
  • Encourage a strong safety culture through education and engagement with EMS staff.

Training and Development

  • Contribute to educational activities focused on audit methods, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct workshops on documentation accuracy, patient safety, and using patient feedback to improve services.
  • Help maintain continuous staff development so the team stays updated on healthcare quality management and audit practices.
