About the role

At JYSK’s highly automated distribution centre in Homberg, you will join a fast-paced environment focused on teamwork, influence, and professional growth. The site supplies more than 350 stores and online customers in Germany, covers a total area of 126,260 m², and offers space for 115,000 pallet positions. You will be part of a team of over 250 colleagues.

The position is for a Quality Controller in the DC, responsible for helping ensure that products and processes in the distribution centre meet demanding quality standards and that any deviations are identified early.

What you will do

  • Carry out quality inspections and record the results, including quality notifications and master data corrections.
  • Perform sample checks, approve products, and coordinate blockings or releases with Compliance & Quality and Purchasing.
  • Investigate and process quality issues, and support small rework tasks such as relabelling or repacking.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other distribution centres, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Manage key quality documents such as FSC, OEKO-TEX, and MSDS records, while continuously monitoring products.
  • Support sample shipments and take responsibility for inspection processes related to assembly and textiles in line with SG guidelines.

  • Confident use of SAP and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
  • A strong focus on quality, a structured way of working, and very high attention to detail.

  • Willingness to learn new quality processes, standards, and systems.
