Quality Assurance Coordinator

Role Overview

McDonald’s Qatar is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to help uphold food safety, product quality, and supplier compliance across the business. This position plays a key role in validating products and equipment, overseeing the test kitchen, and partnering with suppliers as well as internal stakeholders to ensure product introductions run smoothly. The role also supports quality audits and the rollout of global quality standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for restaurants regarding product quality matters, food safety concerns, and investigations into customer complaints.
• Carry out internal restaurant audits, assist with corrective action plans, and help restaurants get ready for external food safety and quality audits.
• Track supplier performance, keep product specifications up to date, and confirm that all requirements align with McDonald’s quality standards.
• Perform supplier audits and plant inspections to review food safety practices, quality controls, sanitation, and process adherence.
• Oversee the test kitchen by handling product validation, sensory testing, equipment upkeep, and food safety verification.
• Work with suppliers, Supply Chain, Operations, and Product Development teams to support launches, meet regulatory obligations, and drive ongoing improvement.
