About the Role
The Project Coordinator I position provides administrative and coordination support across multiple departments and initiatives. In this role, you will help keep projects organized, monitor deadlines, follow deliverables, and support successful execution while building strong working relationships with outside partners. The position also offers room to grow project management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize project activities, schedules, and deliverables.
- Complete assigned project-related tasks on time.
- Document meeting notes, action items, and follow-up deliverables.
- Maintain regular communication with external partners.
- Assist with work plans, meeting scheduling, agendas, minutes, and tracking of deliverables.
- Keep file-sharing systems updated and handle data entry and data maintenance.
Requirements
- An associate degree is required.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience is needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and time management abilities.
- Capability to manage several requests and priorities at once.
- Emotional intelligence and professionalism in day-to-day interactions.
- Genuine interest in developing project management skills.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare or closely related environments is preferred.
