Role overview
Mytech Partners is hiring a Project Coordinator for its Professional Services team in Denver, CO, with a remote working arrangement. This position is compensated at $19.00 to $24.00 per hour. The role sits in a busy, high-pressure environment and calls for someone who can stay flexible, think on their feet, and solve problems effectively. Strong communication, a service-oriented approach, professionalism, and the ability to organize and assign work across multiple priorities are central to success in this role.
What you will do
- Monitor project tickets and assigned tasks, then allocate engineers according to skill set and availability.
- Plan and coordinate both remote and on-site technical project work, taking urgency and priority into account.
- Keep clients informed about progress, scheduled visits, and implementation activities.
- Keep a close watch on project timelines and make sure tasks move forward on schedule.
- Support the coordination and staffing of several concurrent projects.
- Check in with team members during implementation and raise or prioritize project issues when needed.
- Serve as a contact point during emergency response situations for clients and internal teams.
- Review active projects for completeness and accuracy, and help with reporting and follow-up tasks.
- Share key updates with engineers and project managers.
- Review time entries and project billing before final invoices are issued.
- Coordinate across internal teams to align project delivery with client requests.
