The program is designed to broaden your understanding of the program management function through varied assignments, focused learning, and practical experience across the Program Management Office (PMO).
Participants will complete two rotations, each lasting one year, across different Aeronautics functions and business areas that support the PMO.
Relocation is not expected between rotations, though travel may be required depending on the needs of each assignment. The work arrangement for each rotation may be virtual, hybrid, or fully in person based on business requirements.
