Program Lead (Service Management)

Role overview

This position is the single accountable lead for the overall cloud security service, serving the CIO and Corporate Security organization. The role is based in Hyderabad and focuses on service governance, team ramp-up, hiring coordination, and delivery oversight across multiple towers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate team mobilization, recruitment, ramp-up, and training across all workstreams.
• Serve as the main liaison between Cybersecurity and Corporate Security / IT teams.
• Lead the normalization of roles and the transition to a flatter operating structure.
• Manage an 18-week continuous hiring plan and share progress updates with leadership.
• Own service governance, delivery metrics, escalation management, and stakeholder communication.
• Run governance reviews, status meetings, and steering discussions.
• Oversee the hiring pipeline, onboarding ramp, and training coordination across towers.
• Monitor risks, escalations, and end-to-end service performance.
• Prepare and maintain mobilization plans, hiring and ramp trackers, and service status reports with governance approvals.

Qualifications and experience

The role calls for 12+ years of experience in cloud or security delivery management. Candidates should have demonstrated success in mobilizing large teams of 50 or more resources. Strong capabilities in stakeholder handling and vendor coordination are essential. Professional management or security certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or an equivalent credential are preferred.
