Key focus areas

• Build and maintain positive relationships with job seekers and help them progress toward their career goals and secure stable work.
• Develop employer relationships by learning their hiring needs and offering workforce solutions tailored to those needs, including introducing suitable job seekers.
• Take part in employer forums, expand professional networks, and stay informed about labour market conditions and trends.
• Be comfortable with proactive outreach, including cold calling and in-person meetings with employers.
