What You’ll Do

• Support payroll processing and, after training, work with minimal supervision.
• Enter confidential employee and payroll data accurately.
• Handle clerical and administrative office duties.
• Assist with other finance and accounting-related tasks as needed.
• Communicate with branch managers and employees to resolve payroll-related matters.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or a higher level of education.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Prior payroll experience is an advantage.
• Ability to enter data quickly while maintaining accuracy.
