This role is with a rapidly expanding logistics and import-export business serving clients across the UAE. The company provides complete supply chain support for retail, FMCG, and e-commerce operations, with a strong emphasis on speed, precision, and regulatory compliance. As warehouse activity grows, the team is looking for reliable Packing Helpers who are detail-focused and ready to help manage daily shipping demand.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, tag, and secure products for shipment orders while ensuring the right quantities, weights, and packing materials are used.
• Use handheld scanners and logistics systems to keep inventory updated and track outbound shipments in real time.
• Support the preparation of shipping paperwork, including commercial invoices and packing lists, under supervision from the team lead.
• Keep packing areas tidy and well arranged, and follow safety and hygiene rules consistently.
• Help load and unload goods from trucks and arrange pallets for outgoing shipments.
• Immediately flag stock mismatches, damaged packaging, or incorrect labeling to the supervisor.

Skills and qualifications

Applicants should be able to read and write basic English to understand shipping labels and instructions. Comfort using handheld scanners or barcode devices is required, along with prior experience in warehouse packing or logistics support in any industry. The job also calls for physical endurance to lift up to 25 kg and remain on your feet for long shifts. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow checklists are important. A valid UAE labor card, or eligibility to obtain one, is also necessary.

Preferred background

Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems such as SAP or Zoho Inventory is an advantage. Familiarity with dangerous goods packing rules or e-commerce fulfillment processes is also preferred. Basic knowledge of UAE customs documentation is helpful, though not required.
