Overview
Contactx Resource Management Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Non-IT Recruiter for an immediate start. This role is based on a work-from-home arrangement in Noida, India.
Role Responsibilities
- Create a sourcing approach and map out the talent pools most likely to fit open requirements.
- Submit at least 6 to 7 CVs to clients every day.
- Achieve a minimum of 3 to 5 candidate joinings each month.
- Hold weekly discussions with each client SPOC and circulate meeting minutes to the Client, Director Operations, and Recruiters.
- Keep a client-wise tracker updated with the date the requirement was received, actions completed, response timelines, and current status.
- Find candidates through job portals, professional networks, and modern sourcing platforms.
- Assess profiles, evaluate skills, map critical requirements, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Manage candidate movement strategically to improve conversion rates.
- Participate in client review meetings, align expectations, and address hiring challenges.
- Develop and maintain an ongoing pipeline of candidates for active and future mandates.
- Update drive-wise and position-wise trackers to improve operational efficiency and revenue outcomes.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including client coordination, candidate follow-up, negotiation, and offer closure.
