Role overview
Ryanair is hiring a Motion Graphics Executive to support its creative marketing output in Dublin. The position sits within a large airline group that is expanding its fleet and customer base over the coming decade.
What you will do
- Assist the Creative Studio Manager in producing compelling motion graphics for marketing campaigns across social media, email, websites, and paid advertising.
- Create animated visual elements such as typography, logos, infographics, and video components to strengthen storytelling and brand communication.
- Help maintain a consistent brand look and feel by following creative briefs, brand rules, and collaboration with the design team.
- Coordinate with colleagues across functions to make sure assets are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Keep up to date with trends, tools, and techniques in motion graphics and animation, and bring fresh ideas to projects.
- Handle several assignments at once while meeting deadlines and keeping close attention to detail.
- Contribute ideas and suggest motion design concepts that improve the impact and engagement of promotional content.
What we are looking for
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Prior experience in motion graphics, backed by a portfolio showing varied digital work such as typography, animation, and video.
- Strong hands-on ability with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, plus other animation or motion design tools.
- Comfort working in high-pressure environments with overlapping deadlines.
- Strong creative thinking and the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, visually engaging animations.
- Excellent attention to detail, with work that stays aligned to brand standards.
- Well-developed organisation, a structured working style, and a precise eye for quality.
- Proactive attitude and a positive, can-do approach.
- Good knowledge of design specifications and production workflows.
Preferred background
- Exposure to 3D animation tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender is beneficial.
- Experience in a similar position, either in an agency or an in-house marketing team, is an advantage.
- Experience on set supporting VFX or graphics integration is useful.
- Ability to assist with camera operation is a plus.
